Our Process
From the start, we make the repair process convenient by handling rental car reservations and guiding you through the claims process to help you get ahead of obstacles, like:
Insurance scaring you into thinking you must use one of their “pre-approved” shops (this just means the shop works for the insurance company).
Insurance requiring you to get several estimates if you don’t use their “pre-approved” shop (by the way, this is illegal in California).
Insurance not approving sufficient rental car coverage.
Insurance not being transparent during the repair process.

The Plan
We start by creating a thorough repair plan (requesting all parts and procedures from the onset) to prevent insurance delays (caused when supplements are needed). Less paperwork means quicker repairs. During the entire repair process, we adhere to the auto manufacture’s repair standards (and not the insurance’s repair budget) so that in the end, your vehicle is in pre-accident condition or better!
